Phil Liggett was presented with a framed copy of his Golden Book citation.
The Golden Book citation for Paul Sherwen was read to all and then signed on his behalf by his pal Phil Liggett.
Phil Liggett was presented his Cycling Hall of Fame trophy by Bruce Sandell, followed by a Q&A session.

Our speaker was Julie Harrington, Chief Executive British Cycling, her second visit to Pedal Club. She updated us on the progress being made in a number of areas of BC, and hoped to visit us again in 12 months. Vote of thanks was given by Tony Doyle.
This was the Club’s annual Xmas party. Carlton Reid again rose to the occasion with his auctioneering skills and conducting an auction of donated prizes. The money raised will go to the Club’s nominated charities and, following Carlton’s lead, to Qhubeka who provide bicycles to connect people to schools, clinics and jobs in South Africa.
This was our annual “Panel” meeting where we discussed cycling issues with a panel of special guests.
